Step 1
The buyer submits a request or searches posted offers. Likewise, the seller posts an offer or searches posted requests
Step 2
The buyer selects a suitable seller to supply. Likewise, the seller bids to get selected to supply an order
Step 3
The seller confirms ability to deliver and a chat begins to agree on details and terms
Step 4 Case A
The buyer deposits full amount for the order delivery to begin (funds are held securely)
Step 4 Case B
The buyer deposits the first instalment as per the set milestones, for delivery to start (funds are held securely)
Step 5
Funds are locked until work is done. Only admin can reverse funds, and only after a seller-buyer mutual agreement
Step 6
The Seller gets order notification and promptly begins work on the order
Step 7 Case A
Buyer and seller agree to cancel the order and the system returns funds to client automatically
Step 7 Case B
Buyer and seller dispute, arbitration is requested and Unganika admin joins to resolve the issue
Step 7 Case C
Buyer requests for changes, seller makes fresh delivery based on the requested changes
Step 8
The Buyer is satisfied with the delivered work. He/she accepts and marks the order as delivered
Step 9
The Buyer and seller rate and review each other for future reference by other site users
Step 10
The System automatically sends net amount to the seller after retaining % site commission
