Vacation mode
As a seller, activate “vacation mode”, and pause published offers with three possible away messages/statuses: “on vacation”, “overbooked”, and “be back soon”. Conveniently set an end date from the calendar, and the system will automatically put all the jobs in active mode.
User messaging
A built-in sophisticated conversation type user messaging system featuring file uploader, custom offers, as well as website-wide transactional message notifications.
User rating
This is a robust, yet simple-to-use user rating and reputation system. Overall user reputation is calculated based on the average feedback (1-5 star ratings) that a user receives across all offers and is considered for automatic upgrading or downgrading of user levels.
User levels
Users are automatically awarded statuses (levels) based on the volume of sales as well as the reputation. Sales volume criteria can be defined in the admin section for each level (i.e. minimum of $50 in sales for the previous month before the user is upgraded to Level 1).
Support system
Users are able to submit support tickets when they encounter issues using our website or when they have inquiries. The tickets are responded to in good time by our admins who offer requested details or solutions to encountered issues.
Membership plan
Sellers can purchase weekly, monthly or quarterly subscription to enjoy additional account benefits like paying lower site commission, higher per transaction amount, higher number of posted offers, bidding for requests, and many other premium benefits.
SMS notifications
Alongside mail notifications, users receive text mobile notifications on-the-go meaning there’s no missed offer requests, private messages, deliveries and many other transactional messages.
Seller notification
Sellers are able to optionally subscribe to notifications for new service or product requests published within the categories of their interest and expertise.
Packages
As a sellers you can combine specific services into price bundles for maximum flexibility and convenience to your clients. By upselling yours offers in this way, your total revenue is ultimately increased. .
Locations & Maps
Set a location of your service or product, and choose to display Google map on the offer page. This is especially useful where physical presence of a seller is required. Buyers can also filter offers based on location, and within a certain distance.
Invoices
Buyers can generate and download invoices automatically from within their private transaction page. Users are able to customize all of the information being displayed on the invoice from within their profile page.
Featured offers
Sellers can buy a slots to feature an offer on HOME, CATEGORY and SUB-CATEGORY pages for a defined period of time. This enables their offer to always stay on top of the list within the selected page(s).
Discount coupons
As a seller, you can generate discount codes/coupons for your buyers to use during the checkout process. This is a cool feature that’s effective for running promo campaigns.
Custom requests
Buyers are able to post public service or product requests to which sellers are able to respond with offers.
Booking
Manage date and time sensitive appointments or offers. By selecting ‘booking’ as the price type while posting an offer, a calendar of the available appointments will be displayed at the time a buyers is making a purchase.
Affiliate (referral)
Users will earn money from Unganika by referring friends or existing users to join and/or make purchases. This is made possible by generating a unique personal referral link to be shared out in the invites.
